The other key benefit of this is a high level of expertise being available over the phone and via remote access, meaning faster resolution for simpler tasks as well as the capability to tackle harder or more serious issues with relative ease.
amicitia make best use of remote access technologies to deliver fast and effective support remotely. Things we can’t do remotely include pressing the on/off button or inserting a CD, nearly everything else we can do, however will advise if an on-site visit is suggested to minimize risk or downtime for our customers. These scenarios would include applying updates or installing new software on a live server, not that they cant be done remotely, but if an issue results we can deal with it faster and more effective on-site.
