On-site IT Support

Some tasks just have to be carried out on-site, and some tasks are lower risk when carried out on-site.

For critical issues, on-site support is available within 4-hours, and for non critical issues within 24-hours.

On-site visits are typically attended by our customers’ primary or secondary consultants, allowing customers and amicitia consultants to develop good working relationships with each other and of course trust.

There are no traveling charges, so on-site time starts from when the consultants arrives and ends when they leave for pre-pay customers.  Fixed price customers enjoy all on-site support being included within their standard monthly, quarterly or annual price (with the exception of visits to perform upgrades, change or enhancements which are charged at a pre-agreed rate and time estimate).
