How do you ensure you have access to email, data files and your applications, when you can’t get to the office, due to snow or other unplanned events?
For the second time in as many weeks there is wide spread disruption to business due to heavy snow fall, and for most the ability to work from home to continue to operate and service their customers is a must have. Although amicitia are also affected by travel conditions, today is business as usual, as all of our staff are able to work from home, access our customers systems and continue to provide support. Yesterday we also set up and retested existing remote access for our customers to ensure they could work from home today also.
