November 2009, amicitia achieves ISO 9001:2008 certification

Marlow and London based IT services company amicitia has achieved ISO 9001:2008 certification for the provision of IT services to SMEs including helpdesk, remote services, system audits, on-site system maintenance, upgrades, and system installations.

Commercial Director Daniel Welling says ‘we are delighted to achieve this standard, which is a testament to the way amicitia delivers services to our customers’, Daniel added ‘the ISO experience has been a challenging yet rewarding process for amicitia and we could not have achieved the standard without key contributions from our staff’.
