When engaging with a new customer amicitia carries out an initial network audit, based on completing standard forms for;
- Servers
- Network
- Printers
- Internet Connection
- Domian Names
- Clients
- Data Integrity
- Remote Working
These forms are completed by an amicitia technical consultant on-site, and then passed to our customers’ commercial consultant for analysis and audit report production.
An audit report is then produced containing three sections;
- Factual / Network handbook (based on information gathered) with ‘issues or risks’ highlighted & includes a network diagram
- Observations with a simple summary of issue and risk
- Recommendations with a simple summary, benefit, product cost and consultant time estimate for each, ordered in short, near and long term
The audit report is typically presented free of charge by our customers commercial consultant.
