The contractor plus service from amicitia has been specifically developed for businesses with an internal IT department, and is designed to fulfill short, near and long term resourcing issues.

amicitia provides first, second and third level support cover for clients managing staff absence through holidays or illness. We also provide first, second and third level Project Support cover. amicitia also supply additional Help Desk support for clients who are unable to recruit full time staff (i.e. 1,2,3,4 or 5 days per week).

amicita will provide quality staff experienced in both support and implementation at all three support levels. In addition we offer an MCP level consultant at first and second level, and MCSE level consultancy at the third support level. Each client has their own Account Manager with primary and secondary cover as back up to ensure complete cover at all times.

Project Plan

Agreed day rate.
Flexible 1st, 2nd and 3rd level options available.
Flexible full or half day rates available upon request.

Pre-Pay               

As above (Project Plan) with pre-purchased discount applied.

Pay Monthly

Agreed day rate.
Fixed monthly price, based on agreed day rate, subject to number of days per week/ month and duration of contract.
