The Complimentary IT Support Service from amicitia has been specifically designed for business with a small internal IT team and is designed as a top-up whilst maintaining minimal overhead costs. We offer professional advice, additional skills and can deliver a strategic plan specifically designed for your company if required.
In an emergency we can be relied upon to provide first class Help Desk support. We do this either remotely or at your premises depending on the nature of the problem. We also offer preventative Health-checks and ongoing PC / Network monitoring so future issues are identified and eradicated before there is any major disruption.
We act as Primary and Second Line Support. Our Help Desk facility provides telephone support and call management. Remotely we can diagnose and resolve issues without fuss. We also offer email notification monitoring where available and on-site Health-checks on a quarterly or other pre-agreed frequency.
